 3. What
happens after placing an order? |
| After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via email. Within 1-2 business days, you will receive
a proof of your order. Please make any changes to your proof or mark it approved, and email of fax it back to us. If a second proof is necessary
due to spelling errors, there is no charge. For layout or additional changes, there is a $3.00 fee on subsequent proofs. The Social Butterfly
cannot be responsible for errors approved on proofs. After a proof is approved, your order is fulfilled and then shipped to you. We work hard to
fulfill orders within 4-5 business days and to ship the same day an order is completed. If you need an order rushed, call us toll-free at 866-483-7889
for information. |
 4. How
do I check the status of my order? |
| After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation via email. You will also receive an email when your
order ships. If you have questions in between, please call or email us at info@thesocialbutterfly.com. |
 5. What
if I prefer to order via phone or fax? |
| This is perfectly fine. To fax your order, print your customization page with all of your invitation information
as well as your checkout page with your shipping and billing information. Do not submit the forms online. This could lead to double processing.
Fax your order to The Social Butterfly toll free. You may also call to place your order although we do prefer to receive orders in writing,
eliminating any confusion. |
 6. After
I place an order, how long does it take to receive a proof? |
| One of the many great things about our site is that you can have an instant preview of your invitation online.
Type in your text and hit preview to get an idea of the font and ink color you selected. This is not an actual proof, but it is meant to give you an
idea of the final product. In 1-2 business days from receipt of your order, you will receive the actual proof. A few manufacturers print their
invitations for us. If this is the case, proof time may be slightly longer. |
 7. Does
the proof come on the invitation I buy? |
| At The Social Butterfly, we are proud of our unique technology to send proofs on the invitation's image. You
see what your text will look like once printed! Please check the spelling and placement of the text carefully. Once a proof is approved and an order
has begun, it is not possible to cancel the order. The Social Butterfly is not responsible for errors approved on proofs. There are times with
e-proofs that the font is not displayed accurately. This happens when your computer does not have the same font installed. If the displayed font does
not look like the one you ordered, please call us. |
 8. Do
I fax or email my proof changes and approval to you? |
| We prefer that you send your changes or approval the same way that you received your proof. If emailing, please
be as specific as possible with your changes since you are unable to make changes directly on the document. |
 9. What
if I need help with the wording for my invitation? |
| You can ask for help in the special instructions box when you place your order. Our expert typesetters can
create the wording for your invitation. You can also call us, and we can help over the phone. |
 10. Are
envelopes included with all of the invitations? |
| After you click on the thumbnail of an invitation, a screen appears with a larger image of the invitation as
well as details on that invitation. We will note on the details if envelopes are not included. The vast majority of our invitations come with
envelopes. If envelopes are included, they are included in the cost. |
 11. Is
printing an additional cost or included with the invitation? |
| If printing is available for a product, the price for that product plus the printing
cost will be shown if you choose the printed option. We are proud to have extremely low printing costs for the items
we print in house. |
 12. When
is my Credit Card charged and what forms of payment are accepted? |
Your credit card will only be billed after you have submitted your order. If you cancel your order after it has been
processed but before any printing or ordering has taken place, there is a $15 fee. After printing has begun or your merchandise has been ordered,
it is not possible to cancel your order. The Social Butterfly accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. |
 13. Is
it safe to use my credit card? |
| The Social Butterfly uses an encrypted site. It is safe to use credit cards here. |
 14. Do
I have to pay sales tax on my order? |
| The law requires that The Social Butterfly collect 8.25% State Sales Tax on all
orders which are being shipped within Texas. All other US locations are exempt. |
 15. Does
The Social Butterfly share my information with other companies? |
| The Social Butterfly is honored that you have chosen our site.
Therefore, we will not willfully share nor sell your personal data with third parties unless your permission has been granted. We are required
in any judicial proceedings, etc to cooperate with authorities and provide necessary information. |
 16. Does
The Social Butterfly accept returns or exchanges? |
| The Social Butterfly gladly accepts returns on non-customized
items for a full refund or exchange within 21 days. Freight charges to return the items do apply. Please enclose a copy of your invoice when
returning goods. Sales merchandise and items on special are not returnable. All sales are final. As well, printed or customized items are final sales.
Printed or customized items may be cancelled after placing the order for a $15 fee until the items are ordered or printed. If the
items have been printed or ordered, they are non-refundable. All sales are final. |
 17. Can
I cancel my order after it has been placed? |
| The Social Butterfly works hard to fill your order as fast as
possible. Therefore, it is often a short time after an order has been placed before production begins. It is possible to cancel an order for a $15 fee
if the items have not been printed or ordered. However, once items have been customized or ordered, it is not possible to cancel the order. |
 18. What
if I need to make a change after I have placed my order? |
| Please contact us immediately, and we will try to make the change.
If your order has already gone to print, there may be a charge for reprints. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully examine your preview online as
well as your actual proof. The Social Butterfly is not responsible for any errors after they have been approved via proof. |
 19. What
if I realize I made a mistake after my order has been printed? |
| Mistakes happen. We understand this. If The Social Butterfly makes a mistake when printing an order, we will
fix the error. Our expert consultants try to catch any errors you may make, but we cannot guarantee this. If you do make a mistake when ordering
(spell a host's name wrong or use an incorrect address or the date of the party changes) and must do a reorder, The Social Butterfly will help
you by offering a discount on the new invitations. Call us, and we will work it out together. The recipient must still pay shipping costs. |
 20. What
if I have special instructions for my order? |
| If you need to give us specific instructions or add more detail about your order, use the "Special Instructions" box
when customizing your order. Any request or need that you have, add it to this box! |

many days does it take to ship an order from The Social Butterfly in Texas to my state? |

you ship outside of the United States? |
| Yes! We love to travel and love for our products to travel too! We ship internationally via the U.S. Postal Service,
normally Priority US Mail. We have found this to be the best cost. All packages are charged a handling fee plus freight charges. We will give you a
shipping quote upon receiving your order; the weight of the package, speed of delivery, and destination are needed to quote accurate shipping costs.
All taxes, tariffs, duties, or other charges from any authority are the sole responsibility of the recipient not of The Social Butterfly. |

I order blank stock (with no printing), how soon will it ship to me? |

| We do have The Social Butterfly catalog. It features many unique items; many are different than what you
will find on the web site! Call or email us to receive one! |
 26. Will
our non-profit organization receive a discount? |
| We are happy to extend a 10% discount and no sales tax to non-profit organizations. We do require appropriate documentation. |
 27. What
if I have a promo code? |
| Enter your promotion number or word(s) in the space provided upon check out. Your discount will be subtracted from
your total. If your promotion code returns a portion of your sale to an organization, the amount to be donated will not show on your transaction
but will be given directly to the organization. |

if I want a custom order to be created? |
